 To any Person authorized by
law to celebrate the rites of Matrimony.
Be it known that I the undersigned clerk of
the County Court of said County do by virture of
the power vested in me by law hereby License
any person Legally authorized tojoin in the
bonds of Matrimony James Wimberly and
Caroline Yarberry both of the county aforesaid
and of the age prescribed by law and of the
License and your proceedings had them
make due return to the Clerks office of said
County according to Law within Sixty days.

of said County this 11th day of February, A. D.

Notes: Nothing has been found to date on James Wimberly & Caroline Yarberry.  It is believed that Caroline Yarbrough is likely a daughter of John Swanson Yarbrough, who came to Atascosa County circa 1856.
