Participation in the Battle at San JacintoCert. # 238 STATE OF TEXAS 640 Acres
Know all men to whom these presents shall come: That Swanson Yarbrough having participated in the Battle at San Jacinto is entitled to SIX HUNDRED AND FORTY ACRES OF DONATION LAND, In accordance with an Act of Congress of the Republic of Texas, passed Dec. 21, 1837. Said Swanson Yarbrough his heirs, executors, administrators, or their assigns, (next part marked out which says cannot be sold, alienated, or mortgaged) and is exempt from execution during the lifetime of the person to whom it is granted.
