W. B. Brock, Dec�d Order of Sale. The State of Alabama Limestone County In the Probate Court of Limestone County, Alabama, March 8th 1920 Estate of W. B. Brock, deceased. Upon this day came W. T. Hatchett as Special Administrator of the estate of said decedent and made application for the sale of the following personal property belonging to said estate, to-wit: One Gray Jenny Mule, 5 years old. One Black Jenny Mule, 5 years old. About 350 bushels of Corn. (upon which there is a subsisting mortgage to Estes and Hatchett). 9 head of Cattle. 11 Head of Hogs. 10 bushels of cotton seed. 25 bales of hay and fodder. A lot of farming tools and implements on the grounds that the same are perishable and liable to waste. And it appearing to the Court that the allegations of said application are true. It is therefore, Ordered, Adjudged and Decreed that the said Special Administrator sell said property at public auction for cash, after advertising the day, place and terms of sale, for five days by written notice posted at the Court house door, and three other public places in the country. Frost Take Notice, That by an order of this Court, this day made and entered, you were appointed to act as Guardian ad litem for Alfred, Clarence, Lewis, Floyd and Hattie Louise Brock Minor heirs of W. B. Brock deceased, to represent and protect their interests upon Final Settlement of W. T. Hatchett, Guardian. Given under my hand, this 29 day of April 1924.
