WORK ACCOMPLISHED BY THE BOARD OF TUBERCULOSIS HOSPITAL.
To the Citizens of Louisville and Jefferson County, Kentucky:
��� Though the personnel of the Board of Tuberculosis Hospital has been changed by
the loss of some valuable members and the addition of others, it is policy of en-
deavoring to serve the community in protecting the citizens and in treating the
tuberculosis has been the constant aim ever since its organization.
��� The Board has always desired to develop this great movement, and has tried in
every way to do real constructive work, keeping in mind the necessity of effi-
ciency, economy and the maintenance of a high standard in several branches of
the tuberculosis work coming under its supervision.
��� The Board of Tuberculosis Hospital as originally appointed by Mayor Paul Barth
was composed of the following members:

��� The first meeting of the Board was held January 4, 1907, at which Mr. Temple
Bodley was elected President, Mr. L. J. Dittmar, Vice President, and Mr. Wallace
T. Hughes, Secretary.
