Museum open April-October 2 pm to 4 pm Saturdays and Sundays.
Exhibits feature 19th century photos, furniture, scale model of
movements at Battle of Roan's Tanyard, one of the largest balls
of string in the world. Also see the Mayo Cabin on the Courthouse
Lawn and markers for the Glasgow Plank Road and the Trail of
Death.

The societys collection includes a genealogical
library, Ludwig Abt architectural display and Gen. Omar Bradley
memorabilia. The museum collection includes a caboose,
switchmans shanty and steam-train replica.
