FISHER,JUDSON A., Died October 29, 2000 at the age of 86. He was born March 3, 
1914, the son of Arthur and Edith (Widder) Fisher in Baltic, Ohio. He married 
Beverly Ross on January 12, 1942; she preceded him in death on August 4, 1969. 
He graduated from Baltic High School in 1932 and was a 1936 graduate of the 
College of Wooster, where he majored in physics and chemistry. He did additional 
graduate study at the Ohio State University. In 1979, he retired after 29 years 
in the Cadillac Division of General Motors where he held such positions as Chief 
Chemist at Cadillac s Army Tank Plant and Supervisor of Materials Engineering. 
He was an active member of Toastmasters International for 47 years, during which 
time he received more than 90 awards and served in numerous leadership roles, 
including serving as the District Governor. In 1996, District 28 of Toastmasters 
International honored him for his outstanding contributions to its various 
programs. At the time of his death, he was a member of the Acorn Toastmasters of 
Royal Oak. Jud was a Mason for 62 years and held every office of the 
organization several times including: Worshipful Master, High Priest, Commander 
of the Masonic Commandery and Illustrious Master. He was the recipient of 
several high honors: in 1991, King of York Cross of Honor; in 1994, Order of the 
Purple Cross. He resided for the past year at the Michigan Masonic Home in Alma, 
MI. A frequent volunteer worker at the Shine Circus, Jud also participated in a 
number of other outreach efforts focused on youth development. Funeral services 
will be held at the Kinsey-Garrett Funeral Home, 420 S. Lafayette, Royal Oak. 
Friends may call Wednesday 3 p.m. until Memorial service at 7:30 p.m. by Royal 
Oak Lodge, 464 F & AM and religious services conducted by Dr. William R.

MOELLER, BETTY KINSEY Age 79 of Sun Lakes, Arizona, died Friday, October 20 in 
an automobile accident near Casa Grande, Arizona. Mrs. Moeller was born June 6, 
1921 in Detroit and lived there until 1980. A graduate of University of 
Michigan, she was a member of Kappa Kappa Gamma sorority and American 
Association of University Women. She was a regional operations manager for Kelly 
Services. She is preceded in death by her husband, H.H. "Pete" Moeller, in 1993. 
Surviving are her daughters, Stacey Petsikas of Troy, MI, Shelley Moeller of 
Laguna Niguel, CA and Sharon Barton of Salem, Oregon; and two grandchildren.

DeMOSS,WARREN W., Age 79, of Tecumseh, MI, died on November 1, 2000 at 
Provincial House Medical Center in Adrian, MI following a brief illness. Funeral

Reverend Richard Webb officiating. Burial at Brookside Cemetery with military

November 3. Warren was born March 14, 1921 in Wyoming, IA, the son of Howard and 
Golda (Nabb) DeMoss. He graduated from Wyoming High School in 1942, then served 
in the Pacific during World War II with the U.S. Army. Following the war, he 
married Mary Nissen in Davenport, IA on September 17, 1946. In December of 1983, 
he retired from Ford Motor Company. He was a member of the American Legion for 
over fifty years. He enjoyed gardening, was fond of dogs, and was an avid reader 
of history throughout his life. Warren is survived by his wife, Mary; his son, 
Leonard DeMoss of Louisville, KY; his son-in-law, Brad Fletcher of Howell, MI; 
five grandchildren and three sisters: Wilma Schellin of Anamosa, Audra Chapman 
of Oxford Junction and Trula Pletch of Rockford, IL. He was preceded in death by 
his parents, his daughter, Judith Fletcher and two sisters.

HOLIDAY, JUNE SWEARINGEN Died October 6, 2000 of cancer in Houston, Texas. She 
was 62. June (Tuggy) Juanita White was born January 30, 1938 in Bogalusa, 
Louisiana and grew up there. She was married to Don Swearingen from August 27, 
1955 until his death in 1979. On January 3, 1981, she married Glenn Holiday. 
They lived in Michigan and then moved overseas to London, England. After his 
retirement, they spent twelve years cruising the Mediterranean in their sailboat 
"Twelfth of Never". She is survived by her devoted husband, Glenn; two sons, Don 
Swearingen of Riverside, CA and Michael Swearingen of Slidell, LA; her mother, 
Camille White of Bogalusa, LA; two brothers, George White of Baton Rouge, LA and 
William Leo White Jr. of Colorado Springs, CO; three step-daughters, Carol 
McIntyre, Cathie Bedor and Christine Roth of Michigan; a stepson, Michael 
Holiday of Florida; fourteen grandchildren and many friends. She was preceded in 
death by her sister, Connie in 1950; her father, William Leo White Sr. in 1989 
and her son, Carl Swearingen in 1997. Memorial services will be held November 11 
at 10:30 a.m. at the Waterford Community Church, 3900 Airport Rd., Waterford, 
MI. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her memory to the M.D. Anderson
