born in Pennsylvania and then I found a David and others in
New Yorks indian territory 1800.

pregnant with George when her husband left - Westbrook
sometimes comes up as Westbrooks but it could be because of
the loopy penmanship of the census taker. Her husband James
Westbrook remarried and named a son after an indian chief
OSCEOLA.....clue!!!

Her parents were James Madison Miller and Mary
Clara Parker who had settled in Bloomington Illinois before
Iowa where she met my great grandpa Jacob. Books are online
about the descendants of the Reverend Alexander Miller of
Ireland settling into Rockingham, VA and his burial at Cooks
Creek Cemetery by his son.Clora Miller Cochran is also
mentioned in the book by milo custer,

- the town of Linden has several cemeteries
including a Westbrook cemetery where the eldest Moses is
buried.
my children married into a Westbrook family, a Causey
family and the other into a Broadway family.
