Ben writes..." am fortunate to have a job that takes me to coastal locations where I can take pictures of lighthouses. In May, I visited Mississippi and saw the Biloxi lighthouse. It sits in the median of a four lane coastal highway. I also visited Maine where I saw Pemaquid Pt. Later I returned and saw Portland Head, Ram Island Ledge, Cape Elizabeth (Two Lights) and Spring Pt Ledge in one day (actually less than 2 hours)! My wife and I stayed at Chesapeake Light Bed & Breakfast (it is a working replica of Thomas Pt Light) for our anniversary and we took a boat trip out to Thomas Pt. I never thought I would see so many lighthouses in such a short amount of time without actually planning a 'lighthouse vacation.'"
