Denial

Back Up Next

Denial

For it is said,

"A father shall love his daughter

No matter what"

And as you can plainly see,

You have forgotten and forsaken me

So, I ask you this, for you to see,

The denial that you have given towards me;

Is this right to do to a daughter?

Who loves and cares for you?

Is this right to do to a daughter?

Who has returned to you, "help?"

When you too, were in need?

Is this right to do to a daughter?

Who would never forget or forsaken you

Just as you have done, unto her and been there!

Many have taken things for granted

Never to realize the consequences

Yet, many expect for total forgiveness

But wont forgive themselves

Denying your love for me is not right

But I am not the one who is to judge

Our time will come for when God will ask,

"Why would you disown and forsaken your child?"

"Why should I not disown and forsaken you?"

"Where has your love for her gone?"

"Why should I not lose my love for you?"

The question that I ask of you now is,

What will you say then?

All that I can say is,

Search your heart deeply

And find if it is worth denying

And disowning your daughter’s love

For this is the time to reassure

If it is all worth your seasonings why

Because, the time is yet, near to come!
