Missing You
Constant tossing and turning throughout the night
Hoping to keep my eyes closed
Waiting to fall into a deep sleep to dream of you
Only finding my eyes to re-open once again
Hoping then to see you lying by my side
But only to find that this cannot be
I know now, this is a sleepless night
That is amongst me
I feel so alone not knowing what to do
Yet, I will say; I am not complete without you
And when I have dreams of you
I see that we are like
A true love fairy tale story that has come to life
Then, I am awaken by my alarm
Impatiently waiting to be with you once again
When we both are in each other arms
It then comes to our attention
The time has comes, to say, goodnight
Only hoping that we can see another once again
If I had to make one wish
It would be, for time to stand still
Just so we can stay near
