For you hold in your heart, the hope for a new beginning

To which you say you want to prove your love for me

Therefore, I see your words to be truer than gold

But deep inside me, I feel I have lost

What the one who was true to me

I do not hold this against you

For I know, love was once between us

And I do not blame you for this all

Although, I will say this to you,

For a love that once was so true

My heart will treasure the love

Our hearts had once shared

Now it is time for us let go

And not be scared

But to be strong and to continue on

For when the morning star rises in the day

And the evening star rises in the night

You can look upon both stars

To see, the love that we both had shared

To remember our times and to rejoice
