There are an additional 40 or greater graves marked by a stone which is unreadable. The stones have been worn away by time. There are also a great deal of unmarked graves. The first grave in the cemetery, that of a black man, is to the far left of the cemetery from the entrance, near a downslope. It is from the early 1840s. Also, in the middle section of the cemetery, there is a fenced plot of eight graves, none having names, but there is one stone that says "Jimmy Fields parents". This would be William C. Fields and Elizabeth Lindsey (daughter of James and Tabitha Carver Lindsey), and perhaps William's parents John Fields and Nancy Watson.
