Minerva Susanah Irvine was born 21 Oct 1862, daughter of Peter Belles Irvine and Minerva Angelia Tabor. At the time of her birth her father was a member of Co. B., 24th Reg't, TX Cavalry (The Danville Riflemen) stationed at Arkansas Post. She died just under two months later on 15 Dec 1862 in Danville. The shell marking her burial was identified by family tradition.
