*W. J. Miller Connected with Kickapoo fraud in '56, voted six times - Capt. of P.P. Militia - Rich
John Kimbalake A bushwhacker, 2 sons bushwhackers - Rich
Eli Link Rich Rebel. Bro. in-law Capt. P.P. Militia
Geo. W. Thompson  (Kickapoo fraud) Col. in Rebel Army - Rich
C. K. Whitney Harbors bushwhackers - Rich
Elias Mashwell Been Capt. in Price's Army - Rich
*Jesse Miller Kickapoo fraud - ought to be hung - Rich
Fielding Burnes Government freighter - Arrant Rebel - good farm
*Samuel Rixie  Rebel - Rich
Madison Valandingham Bushwhacker - Rich
John Keys Reb. said 30 days since that the Rebs had that sec. and would hold it
*Ed Clark Reb. said Union men had to get out of there without notice.
*Jesse Morin                             Accepted and held a commission of Brig. Gen. in Price's Army. The leading Reb. in the Co. is Deputy Sheriff was register in the land office in Ft. Scott under Buchanan.
