Lexington, Mo. by Special Order No. 77 Hd. Qtrs. Dist. Cent. Mo. dated May
28 1862 and Proceeding returned to said Hd. Qts. James Fitzgerald and
William Sanders paroled by order of Col. Huston Com. Post to report daily
to Provost Marshal.

convened at Lexington Mo. per Special Order No. 77 Hd. Qtrs. Cent. Mo.
dated May 23 1862 and revoked by order Pro. Mar. Genl. Dist. Cent. Mo.
July 30 1862 ordering them to be sent to Jefferson City, They will be
