Specification
In this that said prisoner James Christian was a member of a Guerrilla Band known as Parkers band in the counties of Jackson and Lafayette in the month of April 1862 and did as a member of said band mauraud upon the property of peaceful citizens and did disquiet the Community by making forage upon the property of Union Citizens and did threaten their lives and property with arms in his hands.

Joseph Fitzgerald
Charges and Specifications against Joseph Fitzgerald a prisoner in Lexington, Mo.

Specification:
In this that the said prisoner Joseph Fitzgerald did belong to a Guerrilla Band known as Jones band in the state of Missouri said band being engaged in marauding upon the property of Union men and disquieting the Community by armed forage upon peaceable Citizens.
Specification 2nd:
In this that said Joseph Fitzgerald with other members of the band of Jones being surrounded by U.S. Troops under the command of Lieut. J. D. Jenks 1st Iowa Cavly. on the night of the 11th of March 1852 at the county of Lafayette state of Missouri did fire upon said troops and upon a return of the fire did trecherously cry out that they surrendered thereby deluding the said Lieut. Jenks and his command to cease firing and to enter the house upon the faith of said pretended surrender and thereupon said band did fire upon U.S. Soldiers and did then and there treacherously kill and murder private George H. Flemming Co. B 1st Iowa Cavalry and did wound privates Wilber, Flanders, Hill and Burnett of said command.

Specification:
In this that said prisoner Francis Ducates did in the county of Jackson in the state of Missouri belong to a Guerrilla Band known as Parkers band being engaged in marauding upon the property of Union men and in disquieting the Community by armed forays upon peacable Citizens.
Specifications 2nd
In this that the said Francis Ducates being a member of said Parkers Band did lay in wait upon the banks of the Missouri River in the county of Jackson in he state of Missouri for the purpose of firing into steamboats with a view to compell them to land for the purpose of plunder, all this about the 18th of March 1862.
