1/2 cup margarine
1 box confectioner's sugar
6 eggs
3 cups sifted cake flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla
Cream margarine and sugar. Add eggs, one at a time. Add cake flour and salt. Add vanilla.
Bake in a 10-inch tube pan at 325 degrees for about 45 minutes to 1 hour.
Allow the cake to cool in the pan about 10 minutes before it is turned out.
