David H. Dyer, Allen Dougherty, and Dudley V. Ellis each served as Commander of G. A. R. Post 532.

Thomas Isaac Bennington (March 1, 1840 - March 13, 1931), Co. B, 26th Indiana Infantry.

Allen Dougherty (July 3, 1845 - February 6, 1917), Co. E, 6th Indiana Infantry Volunteers.

Eli Dougherty (April 25, 1843 - September 20, 1918), Co. E, 6th Indiana Infantry Volunteers.

David H. Dyer (1843 - February 7, 1919).

Dudley V. Ellis (1847 - 1921), Co. G, 42nd Indiana Infantry Volunteers, Enlisted March 4, 1864, Mustered out July 21, 1865.

John D. Hinkle (June 7, 1844 - May 17, 1924), Co. G., 42nd Indiana Infantry Volunteers, Enlisted September 6, 1862, Mustered out June 18, 1865.

Dr. Edward D. Millis (May 22, 1846 - December 19, 1918), Co. K, 53rd Indiana Infantry.

William A. Tomey (January 9, 1845 - September 19, 1915), Co. G, 42nd Indiana Infantry Volunteers.


According to the Indiana State Archives, the GAR Post No. 532 reorganized in 1891, disbanded in 1901, reorganized in 1902 and dropped in 1915.
