VITAL RECORDS of SUDBURY ~

The inclusion of these records for selected families has been done due to the close relationship between Sudbury and Marlborough in the beginning.  Sudbury was the mother of Marlborugh and many early families petioned the Government for "ye land eight miles east of Sudbury" to allow for their families to have additional land to grow crops and graze cattle.

The following surnames have been transcribed from the Vital Records of Sudbury Massachusetts through the Year 1849, and included here-in.

AMES w/variations, ARNOLD, AXTELL w/variations, BENT, BOWKER, BRIGHAM, BROWN, GATES, GLEASON w/variations, GOODENOW w/variations, HAPGOOD, HOW/HOWE, JOHNSON, MAYNARD w/variations, MORSE w/variations, PARMENTOR w/variations, RICE, WARD and WOOD w/variations and others.
