                  Obituary: WORCESTER - Dora L. (Schnare) Clark, 80, formerly of 31 Sunnyhill Drive, long active in her church, died yesterday in University Commons Nursing Care Center after a long illness.
                  Her husband, Wendell E. Clark, died in 1972. She leaves two sons, Charles M. Clark of Ocala, Fla., and Raymond D. Clark of Milford, Conn.; two daughters, Janet L. Cooper of Worcester and Wendy  L. Sawyer of Sterling; a brother, Raymond Schnare of Worcester; three sisters, Lorraine Larson and Mildred Conrad, both of Worcester, and Teddie Stevens of Shrewsbury; seven grandchildren; two  great-grandchildren; nephews and nieces. She was born in Worcester, daughter of Kelvie and Louise (Fanjoy) Schnare.
                  Mrs. Clark was a member of Park Congregational Church and was active in several church groups. A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday in Nordgren, Carrigan, Mangsen Memorial Chapel, 300 Lincoln St. Burial will be in Worcester County Memorial Park, Paxton. Calling hours are 6 to 8 p.m. tomorrow at the funeral home.


Olive V. Wentzell, 86

                        Obituary: WORCESTER - Olive V. (Schnare) Wentzell, 86, of 53 Colby Ave. died Friday in Oakdale Nursing Home, Oakdale, after a long illness.
                        Her husband, Stanley L. Wentzell, died in 1980. She leaves a son, Robert S. Wentzell of Nashua, N.H.; a daughter, Jean O. Swenson; a brother, Raymond O. Schnare, both of Worcester; four sisters, Mildred R. Conrad, Melda Larson and Dora L. Clark, all of Worcester, and Pearl L. Stevens of Shrewsbury; four grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; nephews and nieces. She was born in Worcester, daughter of Kelvie and E. Louisa (Fanjoy) Schnare, and lived here all her life. Mrs. Wentzell was a member of Greendale Peoples Church, its Proto 1 Club and its 3 "Fs." She was a Girl Scout troop leader in the church for many years.
                        Private funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. tomorrow in Nordgren, Carrigan, Mangsen Memorial Chapel, 300 Lincoln St. Burial will be in Worcester County Memorial Park, Paxton. Calling hours at the funeral home are 10 to 11 a.m. tomorrow. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Greendale Peoples Church, Memorial Fund, 25 Francis St., Worcester, 01606.

                  Obituary: WILBRAHAM - Dorothy G. (Clark) Bolt, 85, of Bowie, Md., formerly of Wilbraham and Grafton, died Thursday in Prince George Hospital, Cheverly, Md., after a short illness.
                  Her husband, Joseph C. Bolt, died in 1968. She leaves a son, Richard B. Bolt of Bowie, Md., with whom she lived; three brothers, Theodore H. Clark of South Dennis, Gilbert E. and Gordon L. Clark, both of Grafton; a grandson; nephews and nieces. She was born in Grafton, daughter of Theodore and Clara (Buxton) Clark. She lived several years in Falls Church, Va., before returning to Grafton from 1945 to 1955. She then lived 36 years in Wilbraham before moving to Bowie in 1991. She graduated from Grafton High School in 1926.
                  Mrs. Bolt was once a dental assistant to Dr. William L. Shipman in Worcester. She and her husband then founded Bolt Co., later Wright Line Inc., in Worcester. Mrs. Bolt was once a member of First Baptist Church, now the Baptist Church of Grafton, and the King's Daughters. She was a longtime school-lunch volunteer in Grafton.
                  Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Monday in Robert C. Roney Funeral Home, 152 Worcester St., North Grafton. Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery, Grafton. Calling hours at the funeral home are 6 to 9 p.m. tomorrow.


 Gilbert E. Clark, 79
Obituary: GRAFTON - Gilbert E. Clark, 79, of 343 Providence Road, South Grafton, formerly of Merriam Road, died Sunday at Providence House, Millbury, after a long illness. He leaves his wife of 28 years, Elizabeth G. (Priestly) Farischon Clark; three sons, Donald E. Clark of Grafton, Stephen G. Clark of Westboro and Robert R. Farischon Jr. of Manassas, Va.; a daughter, Virginia M. Clark of Webster; two brothers, Theodore H. Clark Jr. of Dennis and Gordon L. Clark of Grafton; 13 grandchildren; two great- grandchildren; and nephews and nieces.
His first wife, Frances Ann (McDonough) Clark, died in 1962. Two brothers, Harold H. and Wendell Clark, and a sister, Dorothy Bolt, also predeceased him. He was born in Grafton, son of Theodore H. Clark Sr. and Clara (Buxton) Clark.
                        Mr. Clark worked at the Knowlton Dairy Farm in Grafton for more than 40 years. He also worked for the Town of Grafton Municipal Services and Department of Public Works for 13 years, retiring in 1984. He was a volunteer firefighter for 23 years, retiring as captain of Station 1. He was a member of the Baptist Church of Grafton and the Grafton Men's Bowling League.
                        Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday in the Baptist Church of Grafton, 1 South St. Burial will follow in St. Philips Cemetery on Millbury St. Calling hours are 5 to 8 p.m. tomorrow in the Robert C. Roney Funeral Home, 152 Worcester St., North Grafton. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Providence House of Millbury, Resident Activities Fund, 29 Main St., Millbury, MA 01527.



 Raymond D. Clark, 55

                        Obituary: MILFORD, Conn. -- Raymond D. Clark, 55, of Creeland Ave., formerly of Worcester, Mass., an account manager, died Saturday, March 4, at home after an illness. He leaves a brother, Charles M. Clark of Florida: two sisters, Janet L. Cooper of Worcester and Wendy L. Sawyer of Sterling, Mass.; and his lifetime partner, Jane Ayers, with whom he lived. He was born in Worcester, son of Wendall and Dora (Schnare) Clark, and lived many years in Worcester and more than 20 years in Connecticut. He was an Air Force veteran of the Vietnam War.  Mr. Clark was an account manager with One Stop Computing, Branford, for the past two years.    Previously, he owned and operated The Fur Fin and Feathers, a pet shop in Westport.  The memorial service will be at 2 p.m. Sunday, March 12, in St. Richard of Chichester Church, 4 Bridge St., Sterling. Burial will be private. There are no calling hours. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Connecticut Hospice, 61 Burban Drive, Branford, CT 06405. Miles-Sterling Funeral Home, 100 Worcester Road, Sterling, is directing local arrangements.


 Gertrude Braio, 79

                  Obituary: SUN CITY, Calif. - Gertrude (Doerr) Braio, 79, of Rockwood Drive, formerly of Grafton, Mass., a hospital waitress for 30 years, died Friday in Kaiser Hospital, Riverside, after a struggle with heart disease. Her husband, Paul Braio, died about 20 years ago. She leaves two sons, Harold A. Clark of Grafton   and Wayne L. Clark of Las Vegas; three daughters, Patricia A. Roeder of Las Vegas, Cynthia J. Lopez of Moreno Valley, Carolyn L. Sughrue in California and Deborah L. Girotti of Mount Vernon, Wash.; 18 grandchildren; 26 great-grandchildren; nephews and nieces. A sister, Elizabeth Parker of Grafton, Mass., died in June. She was born in New York State, daughter of Eugene and Beulah (Kemp) Doerr, and lived 42 years in Grafton, Mass., and 32 years in Lakewood. She then lived two years in Las Vegas and three years in Sun City. She graduated from Grafton High School. Mrs. Braio was a waitress at Long Beach Hospital for 30 years before she retired.
                  After cremation, internment will be private. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Vincent Ferrer Church, 27931 Murrieta Road, Sun City, Calif. 92586. Miller-Jones Mortuary, 26770 Murrieta Road, is directing arrangements.
