HELP!

Various correspondents are looking for information on the following ghost towns in WISCONSIN.  These are not listed on my main page for this state, nor do I have anything in my records on them.  Are you able to help?  If so please respond to me and I will forward the information on to those looking for the information.

FOXBORO:          “Looking for a small ghost town that is reputed to be in northern Wisconsin, possibly in the Superior-Duluth area. A small town of 75 or so souls is the closest village. The ghost town is said to be Foxboro (or similar spelling). Not sure though of any of this as the info is 3rd hand. Can you help in any way?”

LUNA:               Calumet County, ca. 1855

MILDARE:           I was wondering if you could possibly help me please?  I am researching our family tree and the name Mildare.  I believe there is a town called "Mildare" in Wisconsin. I have evidence of my Great Grandfather traveling to America during the late 1800's and early 1900's. The name Mildare is very unusual, and I was just wondering if this old town had anything to do with him.  I would be very grateful for any information you may have, or perhaps, you could put me in touch via email with someone who may know of this town and its history. The name "Mildare" is a made up stage name, so there is a very good chance the town "Mildare" is something to do with Great Grandfather.”

REGINA:            I would like to know if you have any information on Regina Wisconsin. My great-grandfather was a basketmaker and lived in the town. I know that it was in the north central part of the state north of the Waupaca area. If you have any info on this town I would appreciate knowing more about it. If you could tell me where it was located, I would like to visit the area and perhaps find the cemetery where my great-grandparents are buried.”

SOGALA:                   “In other ancestor deaths in 1870 thru 1918 in Outagamie County it lists a physician being from Sogala, Sogale, Segala, OR Segale, Wisconsin – it’s hard to read the old writing.”
