    dwellinghouse in Bewerley; also all such goods as were formerly her own

    in Low Bishopside within the monastry of Fountains, at 21 years; should he died before 21, then this
    property to my son Michael INMAN
  • The income from the property to be applied by Trustees for the education and maintenance of
    Charles INMAN until 21; the lands to be under the care and tuition of my wife Mary so long as she
    remains unmarried. Should she remarry then my brother in law John RICHARDSON of Knaresborough,
    gent., and my son Michael to be Trustess and Tutors for son Charles INMAN

  • An Inventory of the goods Chattels etc of "Christopher Inman , late of Bewerley in the parochiall of
    Paitleybridge and County of York, gentleman" was made 30 July 1737 by William WOOD, Robert
    INMAN, Joseph CALVERT and Henry INMAN.
  • The Bond relating to the execution of the will was signed by Michael Inman of Thirsk in the county
    of York, mercer, and Robert Inman of Bewerley in the parish of Ripon and County of York, whitesmith.

  • 15 July 1833, Thomas MOSELEY of Bedford St, Covent Garden in the Co. of Middlesex, gentleman and Thomas PYMAR of the same place, gentleman, declared they knew the deceased, and were familiar with his handwriting, and that the documents concerned were written in his hand "and no other", and duly swore an affidavit to this.
    18 July 1833 , Admon. With the Will and Codicil of Charles INMAN formerly of 51 Strand, but late of Adelaide St in the parish of St Martin in the Fields, in Co. Middlesex, deceased, was granted to Thomas INMAN the brother and universal legatee.

  • Instead of the capital of the legacy left to niece Mary Charlotte INMAN reverting at her death to her
    sister Lavinia PURVES, my executor Revd Reginald Austin ORAM shall sink two-thirds thereof in an
    annuity for the benefit of the said Mary Charlotte INMAN and shall retain the remaining one-third to be
    used for her benefit in his discretion as occasion may arise, through illness or other cause or for her
    funeral expenses, the balance after her death and all debts etc paid, to be sent to her sister Lavinia
    PURVES or her heirs.
