Dr. W. D. Halloman
W. D. Halloman was born on the 17th of September 1853 in Rusk County, Texas. When he was 57 years old he applied for a Medical license to practice medicine in East Bernard, Texas on the 29th day of May 1908. Having gotten his state license on the 18th of January 1908.
