Dr. B. R. Valls

B.R. Valls was born the 3rd day of August 1863. He was born in New Orleans, Louisiana and attended medical school at Jefferson Medical College in New Orleans Parish, Louisiana, Receiving his license to practice medicine on February 26, 1908. When he was 45 years old he came to Wharton County and applied for a Texas Medical License to practice in Wharton in May of 1908.
