Dr. A.P. BARCLAY
Dr. Barclay was a native of Jasper county, Texas. Born in 1866. He was licensed to practice medicine by the State of Texas in Febuary 18, 1908. His certificate to practice was registered in the office of the District Clerk's office of Jasper County, Texas on March 7, 1908; in the District Clerk's office in Jefferson County, Texas on November 21, 1911 and in the office of H.E. Moore, District Clerk of Wharton County, Texas on March 20, 1918.
Dr. Barclay's place of practice was upstairs over Rugeley's Drugstore on Milam Street and his residence was the 300 Block of North Residence Street in the city of Wharton.
Dr. Barclay continued to live and practice in the city of Wharton until his death in 1934
